In the following we will try to answer the most frequently asked questions in advance:

How can I get in contact with GSE?
In general there is always somebody available to answer your request within a few hours. It takes a little longer? Don't panic! We might be engineering new products. But anyway there should be an answer within 24 hours.

How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs are related to a) the shipping destination and b) the weight of your order. So final shipping costs are calculated once you enter your shopping cart and go over to the checkout.

How much time takes the shipping?

We always give our best to bring your order to road. Sometimes there are lots of orders and it can take a little longer. In that case you will be informed via e-mail. Nationwide shipping in Germany is handled by DHL. Every morning from Monday to Friday there is a truck collecting your ready-to-ship orders from our warehouse. After that it should take your order only a few days to arrive.
