Payment & shipping

Shipping

Depending on your order's destination we select a shipping company. As far as technically possible you will receive an e-mail that comes with a tracking number, once your order left our warehouse. Shipping is done directly from our warehouse to your submitted destination. We carry all risks during the shipping process. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Costs for shipping vary and are calculated depending on your order's weight and destination. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and should be displayed in the shopping cart after you selected your favourite type of shipping.

Shipping time

Shipping times may vary. Usually shipping takes 3-6 working days (national Germany) once the goods left our warehouse. EU shipping times depend on the destination country and the shipping company. You will be kept up to date via e-mail. Please stay patient!
